Change at the top of Städtler Logistik: Michael Reichle hands over the management to Dr Stefan Anschütz

Nuremberg, 11.10.2022 – Dr Stefan Anschütz has taken over the management of Städtler Logistik GmbH with effect from 1 October 2022. Michael Reichle, long-time managing director of the Nuremberg-based transport logistics specialist, moved to the advisory board of the Solvares Group on 30 September 2022.
Reichle successfully managed Städtler Logistik GmbH for over 20 years and made it a leading specialist for logistics software and consulting. Last year, he led the company into the Solvares Group. On the advisory board of Solvares, Michael Reichle is responsible for the logistics division, so that he and Stefan Anschütz will be largely responsible for the logistics activities of the group in the future.
In the past months, the two experienced managers have prepared the change at the top together. "Michael Reichle and the entire Städtler team deserve the greatest respect for the great cooperation and everything the company has achieved in the past years," says Matthias Grünberger, spokesman of the Solvares Group. "The entire management of the Solvares Group and the advisory board thank Michael Reichle for what he has achieved and for his tireless development of the products and the organisation."

Stefan Anschütz founded initions AG in Hamburg in 2001 and led it as CEO for 20 years. Before that, the 51-year-old worked as a lecturer for artificial intelligence and computer-aided planning at the University of Hamburg. In 2021, the logistics software business was spun off from initions AG, which subsequently operated as the Opheo Solutions GmbH into the Solvares Group.
"We cannot imagine a better successor for Michael Reichle," says Matthias Grünberger. "With his technical expertise, professional experience and understanding of the logistics business, Stefan Anschütz is a perfect fit for Städtler." In addition to managing Städtler, Anschütz will remain CEO of Opheo Solutions. The solutions of both companies complement each other ideally: Opheo's automatic truck dispatching, route optimisation and telematics expand Städtler's capabilities - and vice versa. With the joint management and further development of the products, customers can already expect a high-performance offer for the entire transport logistics, and even more so in the future.
